GET INVOLVED
VOLUNTEERS
At English 4U, we believe that community transformation is built through the effort of everyone. That’s why we would love to count on the support of dedicated volunteers, people willing to share their time, talent, and heart in service of the Hispanic community in Houston.
Volunteers can contribute in many ways:
-
Teaching classes and leading English conversation workshops, where students practice in a relaxed and safe environment. These workshops are an essential complement to our courses, helping learners overcome their fear of speaking and improve fluency in a practical way.
-
Collaborating on community projects, created by and for the Latino community.
-
Helping at community events where English 4U participates, spreading information and encouragement to more families.
-
Sharing professional skills (communication, design, organization, social media, etc.) to strengthen our mission.
Being a volunteer at English 4U means much more than helping: it is about becoming a bridge of opportunities, someone who opens doors for others to learn English, integrate, and achieve their dreams.
At English 4U, we believe that real change begins when someone decides to step up and give their best. Being a volunteer is not just about helping: it’s about transforming lives, reaching out to those in need, and becoming part of a story of resilience and achievement.
Today, you have the chance to be part of something bigger. With just a few hours of your time, you can guide a student in a conversation workshop, assist at a community event, or share your talents on a project. Every gesture, every word of encouragement, and every minute you invest leaves a lasting mark on someone’s life.
Become an English 4U volunteer and join the family that empowers Houston’s Hispanic community to proudly say:
